Tidy Find helps people assess items for resale. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.
When you create an account, we receive your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the name and email details provided by Google. You may also add your name, username, country, marketplace preferences and profit targets.
When you use the app, we store product photographs, scan results, product details, market evidence, watchlist entries, inventory records and sale information that you choose to save.
We use this information to provide sign-in, save your account and app data, identify products from photographs, calculate resale estimates, show market comparisons, operate subscriptions and provide support. Product photographs and details may be sent to our AI service provider to provide identification and analysis.
We do not sell personal information or use photographs to identify people.
Tidy Find uses Supabase for authentication, databases and secure file storage; Google for optional sign-in; OpenAI for AI identification and analysis; RevenueCat and Google Play for subscription management; and marketplace services for pricing information.
We keep account data while your account is active. Request deletion from the Profile screen or email hcpinapple@gmail.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing. Contact hcpinapple@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
We may update this policy when the service changes. The updated date above will show when a new version applies.
